Mesh Operations For Visual Effects

This was my M.Sc. Thesis. It was done at Digital Domain, Venice-US where I was a Software Intern for 4 months. During that time I've researched several types of geometry operations: mesh simplification, cutting and non-convex polygon triangulation. Most of the work consisted of tools (developed in Houdini and Maya) for use in production in one of the upcoming feature film: The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor.
